Q: How do I become a client?


Please contact your Regional Account Manager and fill out our Ascend™ Flight Information Solutions Card Application form found on the Downloads Page. After you have been approved our database department will need basic information such as a billing address, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for your operations and crew. Our Flight Planning team will also need specifics about your aircraft, a Blank Aircraft Datasheet (also found on the Downloads Page) will need to be filled out prior to your first flight. Also, many countries require us to send over proof of insurance. It is advisable that all aircraft documents be sent over as soon as possible so they are ready in the event of a "pop-up" trip. Last, but not least you will want to be set up with a password to Ascend™ Flight Manager, our web-based customer interface for trip management.

Q: What documents do new clients need to supply?

Immigration and customs around the world still require insurance to be onboard the aircraft.

• Aircraft Airworthiness
• General Insurance Certificates
• Air Operations Certificate (Part 135)


Q: How to call in a trip?
There are four ways to submit a new trip:

1. The "Submit Trip" button can be found under the Flight Schedules menu after logging into www.FlightManager.com

2. Trips can be faxed in at 713-430-7016. Simply fax over your trip sheet with a phone number for operations to call you back.

3. Schedules can be submitted through CTA-FOS. Call web support for help with getting CTA-FOS set up with a password.

4. Nothing beats picking up the phone and calling operations at 713-430-7200.



Q: How do I get a password for Ascend Flight Manager?

You can either send an e-mail to AscendFSCustomerSupport@rockwellcollins.com or call 713-430-7200 and ask for web support. Web Support will need your name, e-mail address, and position within the company to (i.e.: pilot, support, crew). All passwords must be approved by someone within your company (i.e.: chief pilot, director, or designated point of contact).
