Please contact your
Regional Account Manager and fill out our Ascend™ Flight Information Solutions Card Application form found on the
Downloads Page. After you have been approved our database department will need basic information such as a billing address, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for your operations and crew. Our Flight Planning team will also need specifics about your aircraft, a Blank Aircraft Datasheet (also found on the
Downloads Page) will need to be filled out prior to your first flight. Also, many countries require us to send over proof of insurance. It is advisable that all aircraft documents be sent over as soon as possible so they are ready in the event of a "pop-up" trip. Last, but not least you will want to be set up with a password to Ascend™ Flight Manager, our web-based customer interface for trip management.
